Built by Sarka Pancochova, 4-time Olympian and pro snowboarder

I've spent my whole career learning what actually makes riders progress, first as an athlete and now as a coach.

  • 4-time Olympian living Oregon

  • First woman to compete in halfpipe, slopestyle and big air at the same Olympics (Beijing 2022)

  • X Games silver: slopestyle, Aspen 2013

  • World Cup slopestyle & freestyle overall title (2014 season)

  • 2nd and 3rd  at Natural Selection Revelstoke 2025, 2026

  • 5th in Olympic slopestyle, Sochi 2014

Now I coach intermediate and advanced riders who feel stuck, and help them build a plan to get unstuck.

Improve the 3 things that decide
how fast you progress.

Park & Freestyle Confidence

How you learn new tricks, how you handle fear, and whether you have a step-by-step progression or just "send it and hope."

Technique & Turning

Edge control, stance and body position. The foundation everything else is built on. If your turns aren't clean, every trick and every line gets harder.

Fitness & Season Prep

Strength, mobility and off-season training, so your body can keep up with your goals and you stay on snow all season, not on the couch.

Quick questions

Is this for my level? I've been riding for X years but I'm not sure if I'm intermediate enough

If you can ride blue runs comfortably but steeper terrain makes you hesitate, you feel inconsistent, or you just know you should be better by now — this is for you.

Do I have to be a park rider to get value from this?

No. This program is for anyone who wants to ride better — whether that's park, powder, big mountains, or just charging harder on your home hill. The fundamentals we work on apply to all of it.

I only get 10–15 days on snow a season — is that enough for this to work?

This program is meant to help you even if you get limited time on snow.

I'm coming back from an injury — can I still join?

Yes. Injuries — and coming back from them — are a big part of snowboarding. It's important to go about recovery the right way, and that's something I can help with.
